When you make a reservation with us its obligation free. We will check the availability of the trip and contact you to confirm that your places are on hold, usually within 12 hours of making your reservation. During this time, you can check flight based on the embarkation and disembarkation times shown on your reservation confirmation. If you need help with your booking or have any questions, please feel free to contact us. We’re always happy to assist.

Once we have confirmed that your places are on hold, you can book flights and confirm your booking with us. You must confirm your booking within 72 hours of the initial enquiry, as stated in the reservation confirmation. After this time, we may release the places or sell them to another customer, particularly where a waiting list exists. Waiting lists are common for popular trips, departures with limited availability, or when friends wish to join existing travellers on a scheduled departure.

Our price guarantee ensures you always pay the best price for your liveaboard. If you find the same trip cheaper elsewhere, we will either match or beat the price. We also frequently offer exclusive deals that are not available through our competitors. In addition, you can save by paying in your local currency, helping avoid foreign banking charges.

Liveaboardworld.com accepts payment in eight currencies: GBP, USD, EUR, JPY, HKD, AUD, NZD, CAD. When you make a payment, you should not incur foreign exchange or credit card charges, provided your payment card matches the currency you have selected. We charge the amount shown in your local currency, and your balance due will remain fixed in that currency, protecting you from exchange rate fluctuations. All payments are securely processed through our payment partner SagePay, using PCI DSS compliant technology.
