Booking Conditions

When you book with liveaboardworld.com we are bound by the contract conditions of our liveaboard operators, which vary greatly. Some operators are very fixed in their conditions when booking and others more flexible. We recommend when arranging a complex holiday to book with our sister company Ultimate Diving as if a boat schedule changes and you have many connected holiday bookings, one company may not honour a change when needed. This is a key reason why people book with ATOL Bonded Tour Operators. If you are not clear on the possible risks of self-packaging your holidays, please feel free to contact us before making a reservation.

We work closely with all featured liveaboard operators to ensure clear understanding of any restrictions associated with your booking and changes you can make. This also includes any compensation you may be due if the boat does not sail and you have flights and other elements of your holiday booked. We recommend that you ensure you have good travel insurance cover that will compensate you if something changes out of your control with an element of your holiday.

Once your trip is booked and paid for you often cannot cancel without losing some money. There may be times where we can refund if it is one of our exclusive trips or reduce the cancellation fees. The cancellation terms are listed for each boat during the reservation process. Feel free to call for us for advice to avoid any issues later.
