At low tide, the very top of Richelieu Rock is just visible above the surface, while at high tide it disappears beneath the waves, concealing a thriving underwater world teeming with life. Richelieu Rock is famed for its exceptional marine diversity, attracting divers from around the globe to experience the rich ecosystems that flourish in and around its limestone walls.
