The Caribbean Explorer II is an award-winning liveaboard, highly regarded by both seasoned divers and newcomers for its comfort and hospitality. The vessel accommodates up to 18 guests in nine staterooms, each with private en-suite bathrooms. On the upper deck, a semi-enclosed, air-conditioned salon offers a cosy lounge, dining area, entertainment center, and light table. Just outside, a spacious sundeck with lounge chairs provides stunning views and sun-soaked relaxation. The main deck features a well-equipped dive deck with gear lockers, rinse tanks, air and nitrox fill stations, a camera table, and a bathroom. A small onboard boutique is also available. Dining aboard is a highlight, with a chef-prepared menu combining Caribbean flavors, American favourites, and gourmet touches. Blending thrilling dives, comfortable living, and outstanding cuisine, Caribbean Explorer II offers a complete and memorable liveaboard experience in the Caribbean.

Route Description - St. Kitts - St. Maarten
North Bound
Saturday – Embarkation in St. Kitts Guests begin boarding the Caribbean Explorer II at 3:00 PM. A welcome dinner is served at 6:30 PM, with snacks or a late dinner available for those arriving on evening flights. At 8:00 PM, the captain conducts a welcome briefing and handles necessary documentation. The night is spent docked at Port Zante. Sunday to Tuesday – St. Kitts Guests enjoy up to five dives per day exploring the waters around St. Kitts. An optional island tour is offered on Monday. On Tuesday evening, the vessel departs for Saba during a night crossing of approximately two hours. Wednesday to Thursday – Saba Diving continues with up to five dives daily around Saba’s world-class underwater sites. An optional island tour is available on Thursday. The vessel remains moored overnight during this portion of the trip. Friday – Saba to St. Maarten The day begins with two morning dives at Saba, followed by lunch onboard. In the early afternoon, the vessel makes the crossing to St. Maarten. Guests have the afternoon at leisure and enjoy dinner ashore. The final night is spent aboard the vessel docked at the marina. Saturday – Disembarkation in St. Maarten A continental breakfast is served between 7:00 and 8:30 AM. Guests disembark at 9:00 AM. For those with later flights, luggage may be left onboard or dockside until departure. To prepare the vessel for its next journey, the 9:00 AM departure time is strictly enforced.
Route Description - St. Maarten - St. Kitts
South Bound
Guests joining the Caribbean Explorer II are advised to arrive in St. Maarten by 4:00 PM on the day of departure to allow sufficient time for vessel clearance and a timely departure for Saba. Those arriving after 3:00 PM are requested to submit a copy of their passport prior to travel. Upon exiting baggage claim at the St. Maarten airport, guests should look for the vessel's driver; if no one is present, a taxi to Bobby’s Marina in Philipsburg is recommended, where the Caribbean Explorer II will be docked near the end of the pier. Saturday – Embarkation in St. Maarten 15:00: Guests board the vessel. 18:30: Dinner is served (light snacks or dinner provided for late arrivals). 20:00: Captain’s welcome briefing, documentation, and orientation. 22:00: Departure for Saba (approx. 2.5-hour crossing). Note: Departure time may vary, but all flights should arrive no later than 4:00 PM. Sunday to Tuesday – Saba Guests enjoy up to five dives per day around Saba’s spectacular underwater sites. An optional island tour is offered on Monday. On Tuesday evening, the vessel makes a night crossing to St. Kitts (approx. 2.5 hours). Wednesday to Thursday – St. Kitts Diving continues with up to five dives per day. The vessel remains moored overnight. Friday – St. Kitts The day begins with two dives, followed by lunch onboard. The vessel returns to Port Zante in the afternoon, where guests may opt for an island tour and enjoy dinner ashore. The night is spent onboard, docked in St. Kitts. Saturday – Disembarkation in St. Kitts 07:00–08:30: Continental breakfast served onboard. 09:00: Guests disembark. Those with afternoon flights are welcome to leave luggage onboard or dockside until departure. For guests joining the vessel in St. Kitts, taxis are readily available from the airport to Port Zante in downtown Basseterre.
