Route Description - Ultimate Red Sea
11 Days 10 Nights
Day 1
Guests embark at 18:00 and are welcomed on board with dinner and orientation briefings. The vessel remains docked in the marina overnight, allowing everyone to settle in, get to know fellow travellers, and set up dive equipment in preparation for the following day.
Day 2
The first full day at sea features three introductory dives close to the embarkation port—a check dive, a zodiac practice dive, and a night dive—designed to help divers ease into the trip and get comfortable with procedures and conditions.
Days 3–9
Over the course of the next seven days, guests explore a wide range of spectacular Red Sea sites. Highlights include the wrecks and reefs around Abu Nuhas and the Strait of Tiran, the legendary SS Thistlegorm, the Salem Express near Safaga, and the dramatic marine park sites of Brothers, Daedalus, and Elphinstone.
Each day, up to four dives may be offered, typically following this schedule:
Morning briefing and first dive
Breakfast and relaxation
Second dive, followed by lunch
Afternoon dive, then snack
Fourth dive (where permitted), followed by dinner
Please note that night dives are not permitted in the Brothers, Daedalus, and Elphinstone marine parks. On such days, the schedule will be adjusted accordingly, with a maximum of three dives.
Day 10
Two relaxed morning dives are scheduled near the disembarkation area before the vessel returns to harbour in the early afternoon. Guests may then enjoy an evening ashore, shopping for souvenirs and experiencing Egypt’s warm hospitality one final time.
Day 11
Following breakfast, disembarkation takes place between 09:00 and 10:00.
Guests are reminded to allow a surface interval of at least 18 hours (ideally 24) before flying.
