Day 1 (0–1 dives)
Guests are met upon arrival at Sorong Airport or local hotel and transferred to the Manta vessel. Early arrivals may enjoy a check dive at Red Light District (Lampu Merah) near Sorong before departing by 3 PM for an overnight sail to Central Raja Ampat.

Day 2 (3–4 dives)
Piaynemo Area: Dive sites include Barracuda, Galaxy, and Bridge, with a night dive at Kima. Guests can also trek to a scenic viewpoint for panoramic views of Raja Ampat’s limestone islands.

Day 3 (4 dives)
Fam Islands: Explore Raja Ampat’s iconic dive sites such as Melissa’s Garden, My Reef, Keruo Channel, and Way Pretty Shallow, surrounded by stunning coral gardens and picturesque bays.

Day 4 (4 dives)
Yangeffo & Arborek Areas: Dive among the mangroves and vibrant reefs, then visit one of Raja Ampat’s charming island villages.

Day 5 (4 dives)
Dampier Strait: Dive highlights include Sawandarek Jetty, Cape Kri, and Sardine Run, followed by an excellent muck night dive at Sapokren.

Day 6 (2 dives)
Misokon Island: Final dives at Blue Magic and Yellow Fever. Sail back to Sorong Harbour for the last night onboard, with time to clean and dry equipment, relax, and prepare for departure.

Day 7 (0 dives)
After a light breakfast (5 AM–10 AM), check out and transfer to a local hotel or airport for departure to Manado, Makassar, Jakarta, or Denpasar.

Day 1 (0–2 dives)
Guests are greeted at Pattimura Airport, Ambon, or their local hotel, and transferred to the Manta vessel. Early arrivals (before midday) may enjoy check dives in Ambon Bay before the vessel departs around 2pm for an overnight sail.

Day 2–3 (3 dives per day)
Dive the Banda Islands, renowned for excellent visibility, vibrant coral gardens, and rich marine life. Expect large schools of fish, potential hammerhead encounters, and a visit to one of the historic Spice Islands.

Day 4–6 (3 dives per day)
Explore the volcanic islands and seamounts of the Ring of Fire. Divers can encounter hammerheads, sea snakes, reef sharks, tunas, and huge fish schools in this dramatic underwater landscape.

Day 7 (2 dives)
Dive the famous Hukurila Cave and Molana sites, then sail back to Ambon. Enjoy a relaxing final evening onboard with time to rinse and dry equipment.

Day 8 (0 dives)
After a light breakfast and farewells (5am–10am), guests are transferred to their hotel or the airport for onward flights to Makassar, Jakarta, Bali, Manado, or Singapore.

Route Description - Ambon -Banda -Ambon 9 Days / 8 Nights

Starting with muck diving we cross the Banda Sea, tracing the perimeter of islands. Let our experienced crew show you these remote and almost untouched locations with wonderful reefs and stunning drop offs. Marine life here is in abundance from the critters, sea snakes, manta rays, sharks and much more.

Note: All schedules are subjected to changes according to weather, sea, diving, & local conditions.

Day 1. (0-2 dives) 2pm.
Our staff will meet you upon your arrival to Pattimura Airport, Ambon or local hotel and transfer you to your waiting Manta vessel. Arrivals before midday are best so we can make check dive(s) in Ambon Bay before we get underway by 2pm for overnight sail.

Day 2. (3 dives)
Saparua & Nusa Laut with its pristine corals. Sail to Banda Islands.

Day 3-4. (3 dives x2 days)
Diving around Banda Islands with excellent visibility, fantastic coral coverage and tremendous numbers of fish along with potential Hammerhead sightings, plus a visit to one of the Spice Islands.

Day 5-7. (3 dives x3 days) Ring of Fire:
Diving around Volcanic Islands and stunning seamounts in search of hammerheads, encounter many sea snakes, huge schools of fish, reef sharks, tunas, & other pelagic superstars.

Day 8. (2 dives) Hukurila Cave & Molana.
Sail back to Ambon where you spend last night on board. Plenty of time to wash & dry equipment, rest & relaxation, and if need be, an early flight on trip departure day.

Day 9. (0 dives) 5am-12pm.
Check out after light breakfast & farewells, we transfer to local hotel or airport. Take your pre-booked flight to Ujung Pandang (aka Makassar), Jakarta, or Singapore

Diving days: 8 days (22 dives)

Note: 3 dives are scheduled per diving day*. This is due to deeper dives and long distances covered between islands. Where possible a bonus night dive may be scheduled at the discretion of the Cruise Leader. *Except trip departure day & trip return day.

Day 4 (4 dives)
Misool – Warakaraket & Fiabacet: Dive among vibrant reefs in search of graceful manta rays.

Day 5 (3 dives)
Misool – Balbulol & Sagoff Islands: Sites like Two Trees attract hunting mobulas, jacks, and snappers. Between dives, relax and admire Raja Ampat’s turquoise lagoons. Sail overnight to Central Raja Ampat.

Day 6 (4 dives)
Piaynemo Area: Dive Melissa’s Garden and other iconic sites, then take a short trek to the famous limestone viewpoint for panoramic views of Raja Ampat.

Day 7 (4 dives)
Dampier Strait: Dive Sawandarek Jetty, Cape Kri, and Sardine Run, followed by an excellent night muck dive at Sapokren.

Day 8 (2 dives)
Misokon Island: Explore Blue Magic and Yellow Fever before sailing back to Sorong Harbour. Spend the final night onboard relaxing and preparing for departure.
