The Moana Liveaboard is a traditionally built Indonesian phinisi that blends heritage charm with modern comfort. Designed for small groups, it carries just ten guests, ensuring an intimate atmosphere where personal service and relaxation come naturally. Constantly maintained and thoughtfully arranged, Moana offers the perfect balance between adventure and tranquility while exploring Komodo National Park.

Spacious decks provide plenty of room to unwind. Guests can enjoy the upper deck for sweeping views, the bow lounge for peaceful sunrises and sunsets, or the sun deck by the mast for quiet moments under the tropical sky. Inside, the air-conditioned salon offers a cozy retreat with charging stations for cameras and devices, making it both practical and comfortable after a day on the water.

Dining on board is a highlight, with freshly prepared meals inspired by Indonesian and international flavors. Fresh bread is baked daily, and snacks, salads, and tropical fruits are always available, creating a family-style dining experience that brings guests and crew together.

Moana is well equipped for divers and snorkelers, with a dedicated wet deck, organized gear stations, and custom-built tenders that provide safe access to dive sites and remote beaches, including Komodo’s famous pink sands. After exploring, guests return to one of five comfortable cabins—three with double beds and two with twin beds—each fitted with air conditioning, ensuite bathrooms, and fans.

What truly defines Moana is its atmosphere. With only ten guests on board, the crew can provide warm, attentive service while allowing each traveler to find their own rhythm between diving, island visits, dining, and rest. Whether stargazing on deck, enjoying double breakfasts after early dives, or simply taking in the views, life aboard Moana is relaxed, personal, and unforgettable.
