Route Description - Azores Island

Pristine and beautiful locations such as the Formigas Islets, Baixa do Ambrósio, Dollabarat, D. João de Castro, and Princess Alice Banks are now easily and comfortably accessible aboard a luxurious diving platform. Guests can also enjoy island excursions during the trip, exploring the stunning and unique sites and cities of the Azores.

Day 1:
Reception starts at 15:00 at the Dive Center www.espiritoazul.com, for paperwork and equipment check, located at the Marina of Vila Franca do Campo. After boarding around 16:00, the crew and guests will conduct a first check dive at the end of the afternoon (around 18:00). After the dive, the boat will either begin sailing offshore or return to the port, where a welcome drink will be served. Diving will commence the next morning (Sunday), depending on the weather and other factors.

Days 2 to 7: Visit Offshore Diving Spots
Diving routes and diving spots will depend on weather conditions, preferences, and the experience of the guests.

Possible diving spots but not limited to:
•Formigas Islets
•Dollabarat Reef
•Ambrósio
•D. João de Castro Bank
•Azores archipelago islands
•Santa Maria Nature Reserves diving spots

Day 8:
Breakfast will be served on board before check-out, which takes place before 09:00.

Note: Program, dive spots, islands to visit, and the number of dives can be changed according to guest preferences, weather, and sailing conditions. Eventual inland trips are also possible, depending on the time available.

The last dive will take place on the penultimate day of the trip at around 11:00. Divers are recommended to wait 24 hours before flying after the final dive.
