Route Description - Tubbataha 9 Nights
10 Days 9 Nights
Day 1 – Embarkation in Puerto Princesa
Guests begin their journey in Puerto Princesa, where embarkation aboard Solitude One starts at 2:00 PM. Transfers from the domestic airport are provided, while hotel transfers can be arranged separately. Upon boarding, the crew welcomes guests for orientation and registration (C-Cards and logbooks required). After dinner, the vessel departs for Tubbataha Reefs National Park, with an overnight crossing of approximately 10 hours.
Days 2 to 8 – Diving at Tubbataha Reefs National Park
For seven full days, divers explore the extraordinary marine ecosystems of Tubbataha. Located about 150 km southeast of Puerto Princesa, the park comprises North and South Atolls and the Jessie Beazley Reef. The dive sites are rich with biodiversity and feature dramatic walls and slopes. Daily dives (3–4 per day) are planned according to tidal and current conditions, and coordinated with other vessels to minimize congestion.
Marine life includes schools of barracuda and jacks, turtles, reef and whale sharks, vibrant coral gardens, and rare macro creatures such as nudibranchs and pygmy seahorses. Due to strong currents, all dives are conducted during daylight hours—no night dives are permitted in this park.
Day 9 – Final Dives and Return to Puerto Princesa
The final day of diving offers 2–3 morning dives before Solitude One begins her return to Puerto Princesa. All guests are required to observe a minimum 18-hour no-fly interval. In the evening, guests enjoy cocktails and hors d'oeuvres on deck as the vessel makes its westward journey, ideally timed with a striking sunset. Arrival in Puerto Princesa is expected after midnight.
Day 10 – Disembarkation in Puerto Princesa
The voyage concludes with disembarkation between 6:00 AM and 11:00 AM. The crew arranges transport back to the domestic airport, bidding farewell to the guests until the next adventure.
