Route Description - Ultimate Combo - Orcas and Whale Sharks 11 days / 10 nights
The Sea of Cortez is a stunning blend of ocean and desert, teeming with life. For nearly 50 years, the team has explored this vibrant ecosystem, where 80–220 whale sharks gather annually in Bahia de Los Angeles from May to early November. While whale sharks are a highlight, guests may also encounter sea lions, giant finback whales (second only to blue whales), and, with luck, orcas—especially in July and August, when 20 orca sighting days were recorded in August 2023. Every trip is different, and nature always keeps things exciting.
