Route Description - Komodo Exclusive 4N

The Komodo National Park (5 Days / 4 Nights) itinerary showcases the best of Komodo's spectacular underwater world and iconic island landscapes. Departing from Labuan Bajo, guests explore world-renowned dive sites across North, Central and South Komodo, with colourful coral reefs, exhilarating drift dives, abundant marine life and optional night dives. The journey also includes a guided trek to encounter the legendary Komodo dragons and a hike to Padar Island's famous viewpoint, combining exceptional diving with unforgettable wildlife and scenic experiences.

Day 1- Welcome to Adelaar (2 Dives)
Guests arrive in Labuan Bajo by flight or ferry, where they are welcomed by the crew and transferred to the yacht. After embarkation and departure, the journey begins with two check dives around Sabolon Island, allowing divers to familiarise themselves with their equipment while exploring healthy coral reefs and abundant marine life. The yacht anchors overnight in a peaceful bay.

Day 2- North Komodo National Park (4 Dives)
The day is dedicated to exploring the renowned dive sites around Gili Lawa Laut and Gili Lawa Darat in the northern reaches of Komodo National Park. These nutrient-rich waters are famous for colourful coral reefs, thriving fish life and exhilarating drift dives. As evening falls, the yacht moves closer to Komodo Bay for an exciting night dive.

Day 3- North & Central Komodo National Park (4 Dives)
The morning begins with a guided trek on Komodo Island to observe the legendary Komodo dragons in their natural habitat. Diving continues along Komodo's dramatic coastline, gradually making its way towards the island's southern region. The day concludes with another memorable night dive showcasing the park's fascinating nocturnal marine life.

Day 4- South Rinca & Padar Island (4 Dives)
After an early departure, the itinerary heads towards Padar Island for a full day of diving among spectacular reefs and rich marine ecosystems. Before sunset, guests have the opportunity to hike to Padar's famous viewpoint, offering breathtaking panoramic views over its distinctive crescent-shaped bays. Alternatively, divers may choose to enjoy another rewarding night dive.

Day 5- Labuan Bajo
The yacht returns to Labuan Bajo early in the morning. After breakfast, guests disembark for their onward journey, taking with them unforgettable memories of Komodo National Park's world-class diving and stunning island scenery.

Booking Conditions / Additional Costs / Marine Park Fees

Cancellations for Individual and Group Bookings: All cancellations must be made by fax or e-mail. The date that ADELAAR receives the cancellation of the booking by e-mail or fax is the date used to determine the cancellation penalty.

Cancellation penalties for individual bookings:
More than 90 Days - Loss of deposit. Less than 90 Days - Loss of full payment Less than 60 days prior to departure: 100% of the individual cruise price.

Cancellation penalties for group bookings:
More than 91 days prior to departure: forfeit of deposit.
Less than 90 days prior to departure: 100% of the group charter price.
Once an add-in Diving Komodo Itinerary becomes fully booked and closed for further bookings, no refunds will be given for cancellations. This information will be posted on our webpage schedule, as fully booked. Individual guests are responsible for checking the website prior to any cancellation.
A passenger who has booked into a scheduled Bali to Komodo trip, and who wishes to cancel, has the option to substitute another person (not already scheduled on the trip) into his space to avoid the cancellation penalty. Passenger substitution will be allowed up to three days prior to departure.
ADELAAR will not refund any money to passengers who fail to show for boarding on the trip departure date, whether this is due to missed airline connections or from the lack of proper paperwork required to enter the country, or any other reason. If an airline connection is missed, ADELAAR will make all efforts to arrange that the passenger can join the ADELAAR at some point in the itinerary. However, the cost to do so (airfare, small boat transport to ADELAAR, or any other cost involved) is solely the responsibility of the client.
If the customer interrupts or cuts short a trip for any reason, ADELAAR is not liable to refund any money to the customer. In cases of emergency such as personal illness or accident, ADELAAR will assist in all necessary arrangements for the passenger’s return travel. However, the cost of this is to be borne solely by the passenger.
For these reasons we strongly recommend the purchase of trip interruption insurance and/or trip cancellation insurance.
