After you have confirmed and paid for your reservation, the following cancellation policy applies:

More than 30 days out = 90 % refund
Between 20 and 29 days out = 75 % refund
Between 10 and 19 days out = 50 % refund
Between 4 and 9 days out = 35 % refund
Between 1 and 4 days out = 15 % refund
Less than 1 days out = no refund
