Dewi Nusantara embarks on three consecutive cruises exploring two of Indonesia’s most extraordinary regions: Misool and Halmahera. Each itinerary is entirely distinct, offering unique routes and experiences. Part I takes guests through the vibrant reefs of Misool in Raja Ampat before crossing to the spectacular dive sites of south-west Halmahera, as the Goddess of the Archipelago glides gracefully over Indonesia’s stunning azure waters.
Misool
Misool is the southernmost of the Four Kings. The islands stretching into the Ceram Sea from Misool’s south-east shoreline are a diver’s dream, home to some of the world’s most iconic dive sites.
This stunning area spans nearly 2,500 square kilometres, offering spectacular underwater experiences for all levels. Northern reefs feature caves and walls, while the southern islets are connected by marine ridges. Everywhere, colourful corals and abundant marine life make diving here truly unforgettable.
South-West Halmahera
Halmahera’s pristine reefs boast exceptional marine biodiversity, making it a hidden gem for scuba diving and snorkelling. Divers can explore lush coral gardens, ridges, pinnacles, caverns, swim-throughs, muck sites, and even ancient volcanic formations, providing a rich variety of underwater experiences.
