Route Description - Raja Ampat
12 Days 11 Nights
Day 1: Embarkation – Sorong
Guests arrive in Sorong, greeted by the crew at the airport before embarking at the port. The day is reserved for rest, dive gear setup, and orientation with the Cruise Director. No dives are scheduled.
Day 2: Wayil
After a general dive briefing, divers enjoy an easy check dive to adjust gear and buoyancy. Sites like Barracuda Rock, Wedding Cake, and Dunia Kecil showcase Wayil’s charm. In the afternoon, a scenic speedboat tour through limestone coves concludes with a relaxing beach swim.
Day 3: Fiabatjet
Located in the heart of the Misool No-Take Zone, dive sites such as Tank Rock, Nudi Rock, and Whale Rock offer a vibrant mix of soft corals, reef fish, pelagics, and rich macro life including pygmy seahorses and nudibranchs.
Day 4: Boo & Warakaraket
Divers explore the iconic swim-through at Boo Windows and nearby vibrant reefs. The day includes a dive at Magic Mountain, a cleaning station for Oceanic Mantas—one of Misool’s most thrilling sites.
Day 5: Daram
A full day at this remote island group features three exceptional dives amid lush soft corals and towering sea fans. No night dive, as the vessel journeys north overnight.
Optional Extension: Additional days in Misool may include Pele, Sagof, Balbulol, or Farondi. Land excursions to Tomolol Cave, the jellyfish lake, and the Tannga Seribu viewpoint can be arranged before heading north.
Day 6: South Batanta
The day begins with muck diving at Algae Patch, followed by shallow coral gardens along Batanta’s coast. It ends at Dayang’s manta cleaning station.
Day 7: Penemu
Pristine hard coral reefs distinguish Penemu. Divers explore top sites like Melissa’s Garden and My Reef. The day concludes with a hike to Penemu’s famous viewpoint overlooking the turquoise lagoon.
Day 8: Yanggefo
Dives at Mayhem and Citrus Ridge deliver vibrant reef life, while a unique blue water mangrove dive offers the chance to spot archerfish and juvenile reef species beneath the mangrove roots.
Day 9: Mansuar & Arborek
Instead of busy Manta Sandy, the crew brings guests to less crowded manta sites. The day ends with a macro dive under Arborek’s jetty and a visit to the island’s local village.
Day 10: Dampier Strait
Dives in this current-swept strait promise thrilling encounters with mantas and massive fish schools. Sites like Cape Kri, Sardine, and Blue Magic are highlights, teeming with marine life and action.
Day 11: Dampier
Depending on flight schedules, one or two dives are offered to revisit missed Dampier sites. The day may finish with a relaxed dive or an adrenaline-filled drift. The crew remains alert for dolphin or whale sightings on the return journey.
Day 12: Disembarkation – Sorong
Guests disembark in Sorong. The crew assists with luggage and airport transfers based on flight times.
