Route Description - Komodo - Sumbawa- Bima
11 Days 10 Nights
Day 1 – Labuan Bajo & Sebayur Island
Guests are welcomed at Labuan Bajo Airport and transferred to the Tiaré. After lunch, the cruise begins with a sail to Sebayur Island, where diving and snorkeling introduce guests to vibrant corals and marine life, followed by sunset cocktails on the beach.
Day 2 – Komodo Island & Flores Channel
The day begins with a guided walk to see Komodo Dragons in their natural habitat. Later, guests snorkel with manta rays at Karang Makassar and enjoy a night dive at Wainilu, rich with rare critters.
Day 3 – Batu Bolong & Padar Island
Guests dive at Batu Bolong, a world-renowned dive site, then continue to Padar Island for more diving. The day ends with a hike to the viewpoint and a visit to the island’s iconic pink beach.
Day 4 – Gili Lawa & Batu Monco
Diving highlights include Crystal and Castle Rock, known for strong currents and abundant marine life including sharks and rays. The day ends with a night dive at Batu Monco, featuring elusive nocturnal species.
Day 5 – Gili Banta & Sape Bay
Guests enjoy water sports and relaxed diving in this sheltered bay, with possibilities of encountering manta rays. A beach barbecue caps off the evening.
Day 6 – Satonda Island
Dives reveal unique critters like frogfish and pygmy seahorses. In the afternoon, guests hike to Satonda Lake and witness thousands of bats at sunset. The boat sails overnight to Saleh Bay.
Day 7 – Saleh Bay
This day is focused on snorkeling or diving with whale sharks, drawn to the area by local fishermen feeding them shrimp. The bay offers reliable sightings year-round.
Day 8 – Moyo Island
Diving at Angel Reef reveals a rich tapestry of coral and reef fish. Guests also visit the scenic Mata Jitu Waterfall before setting sail for Sangeang.
Day 9 – Mt. Sangeang Island
Guests dive volcanic sites with black sand and geothermal activity, home to mimic octopus and other rare species. There’s also a chance to visit a local village known for traditional boat-building.
Day 10 – Bima Bay
The final dive is in Bima Strait, ideal for macro photography with seahorses, octopi, and ghost pipefish. The Tiaré then sails to Bima for the final evening.
Day 11 – Disembarkation in Bima
After breakfast and a group photo, guests disembark in Bima and are transferred to the airport or local accommodations.
