Route Description - Lembeh- Halmera - Raja Ampat 13 Days
13 Days 12 Nights
Day 1: Bitung – Boarding
Guests are welcomed aboard the Phinisi vessel Aurora in Bitung, nestled in the heart of the Lembeh Strait. After airport pickup, a refreshing welcome drink sets the tone for the journey ahead. The day is spent settling in and preparing for the adventure.
Days 2–3: Lembeh Strait
The adventure begins with world-class muck diving in the Lembeh Strait, famous for its volcanic black sand and rare critters. Divers search for hidden marine life in one of the top macro diving destinations on the planet.
Day 4: Tifore Island
Diving around a submerged reef at Tifore Island offers encounters with schooling barracuda, jackfish, batfish, and snappers. The vessel cruises overnight toward Halmahera.
Day 5: Goraici Islands
Located off Halmahera’s west coast, the Goraici Islands boast white sand beaches, vibrant reefs, and coral-covered pinnacles. Soft corals flourish in deeper waters while hard coral gardens brighten the shallows.
Days 6–7: Strait of Patintie
Diving continues in southern Halmahera, where twin pinnacles rise from the sea, surrounded by healthy reefs and schooling fish. Strong currents make for dynamic underwater experiences.
Day 8: Pulau Pisang
This group of islands between Misool and Halmahera features sloping reefs with colorful coral bommies and passing pelagics like dogtooth tuna when the currents run strong.
Days 9–10: Misool, Raja Ampat
Misool offers some of the most spectacular soft coral reefs in the world. These fish-filled dive sites are home to schools of barracuda, fusiliers, and the elusive pygmy seahorse, making it both a macro and wide-angle paradise.
Days 11–12: Dampier Strait & Fam Islands
Diving continues in the Dampier Strait and Fam Islands, famed for dense fish life, vibrant coral gardens, and encounters with reef sharks, wobbegongs, and manta rays. Local village jetties provide unique macro dives among soft coral-covered pillars.
Day 13: Sorong – Disembarkation
After a final breakfast onboard, guests disembark in Sorong, bidding farewell to the crew and the unforgettable underwater journey.
