Route Description - Ambon, Banda Islands & Raja Ampat
12 Days 11 Nights
Day 1
Guests are welcomed aboard Tiaré and settled into their cabins before conducting a check dive at Laha, a well-known muck diving site in Ambon renowned for its rich macro life.
Day 2
The day began with a dive at Pintu Kota, followed by Hukurila and then Batu Lompa—each offering vibrant coral reefs and diverse marine life. After the final dive, the vessel began a 13-hour overnight crossing to Suanggi.
Day 3
The morning featured two dives at Suanggi, known for its clear waters and abundant pelagics, followed by a third dive at Batu Kapal. Guests later explored the historic Banda Neira island and ended the day with a mandarin fish dusk dive before anchoring overnight.
Day 4
Diving resumed with a morning descent at Pohon Miring, then continued along the vertical walls of Hatta Wall and the coral-rich slopes of Karang Hatta. Tiaré then began another overnight crossing, this time toward Koon, lasting approximately 11 hours.
Day 5
The entire day was dedicated to diving at Koon, famous for its incredible biodiversity and fish life. After a full day underwater, the boat set off on an 11-hour journey to Pulau Pisang.
Day 6
The morning began with dives at Tanjung Lampu, the Channel, and a local Pinnacle site, all offering a range of reef topography and marine encounters. That evening, the vessel continued its course, crossing 10 hours toward Misool.
Day 7
Guests explored the famed southern Raja Ampat dive sites, including Karang Bayangan, Boo Window, and Tank Rock. The day concluded with a night dive at Barracuda Rock, followed by an overnight stay at Wayil Batan.
Day 8
The group dove at Four Kings, Nudi Rock, and Farondi Cave—each site providing dramatic underwater landscapes and macro treasures. After a surface excursion to Farondi’s lagoon and cave, Tiaré set off for a 12-hour crossing to Piaynemo.
Day 9
Diving resumed with My Reef, Melissa’s Garden, and the Channel, showcasing lush coral gardens and bustling reef activity. Guests then trekked to the iconic Piaynemo viewpoint and enjoyed a night dive at Gam Slope.
Day 10
The day began at Mayhem, followed by Manta Ridge and Arborek, where manta rays and vibrant marine life dazzled divers. Guests visited Arborek Village in the afternoon and wrapped up the day with a night dive nearby before anchoring overnight at Yenbuba.
Day 11
The final diving day included Cape Kri and Blue Magic—two of Raja Ampat’s most celebrated sites known for their incredible fish biomass and coral health.
Day 12
After a final breakfast aboard, guests bid farewell to the Tiaré crew and disembarked, concluding their unforgettable expedition.
