Route Description - Weddell Sea – In search of the Emperor Penguin, incl. helicopters

A true expedition, the Weddell Sea cruise is designed to explore the Emperor Penguin colony near Snow Hill Island, with visits made by helicopter and opportunities to observe a variety of other bird species, including Adélie and Gentoo penguins.

Day 2 - 3: Path of the polar explorers

Day 4 - 7: Entering Antarctica

Day 8: Drake via Deception Island

Day 9 - 10: Familiar seas, familiar friends

Your reservation request is obligation free and you can cancel anytime within the first 72 hours. During this time, you can easily find matching flights and get answers from our reservations team to any further questions you may have.

After you have confirmed and paid for your reservation, the following cancellation policy applies:

up to and including 90 days prior to departure: 20 % of the total price;
from 89 days up to and including 60 days prior to departure: 50 % of the total price;
from 59 days up to and including the day of departure: 100 % of the total price
