Route Description - Raja Ampat Liveaboard
7 Days wandering through the heart of the Coral Triangle
Raja Ampat: 2,500 islands and reefs, 1,320 fish species, 550 coral species and all that is yet to be discovered!!! It can not be understated – there is nothing like this in the world, there is no denser population of marine life, nor longer living reefs.
All that on board our Raja Ampat Liveaboard – plus some of the best food around, fun staff and the only ethically operated dive boat in the region – you can’t go wrong.
The Jaya Phinisi Indonesia offers 6-night trips to Raja Ampat from July-April.
Itineraries visit some of the best areas in Raja Ampat, including Arborek Island, Penemu, Kawe, Gam and Mioskon with the chance of up to 4 dives per day. Dive groups are kept small - max 4:1, to ensure everyone gets the best out of their Raja Ampat liveaboard. Located in the heard of the coral triangle, Raja Ampat should be at the top of any divers bucket list.
The dive deck has space for all divers, plus areas to store fins, masks and wetsuits. There are also freshwater containers for cameras and torches, and the experienced crew are always on-hand with a smile to help out when needed.
The diving in Raja Ampat is considered among the best in the world, with its remote location, vibrant reefs and incredible marine life – there are countless dive sites, all with different characters. Raja Ampat is a simply a life-affirming dive experience. The remote location and lack of tourism has kept the reefs in a pristine state and still limits the number of visitors. The park is run according to rigid standards and has some of the best enforcement in the world.
