Route Description - Sinai Classic One Week
Discover the highlights of the Egyptian Red Sea on this exceptional liveaboard safari. Dive iconic sites in Ras Mohammed National Park, the Strait of Tiran and the Gulf of Suez, including Shark and Yolanda Reefs, Anemone City and the legendary Thistlegorm wreck. Strong currents nourish vibrant coral gardens and attract sharks, barracuda, tuna and vast schools of fish. With dolphin encounters, dramatic wall and drift dives, and relaxed evenings aboard Bella Liveaboard, this journey offers the perfect balance of adventure and comfort.
Day 1 – Check-In & Boarding
Guests are welcomed onboard from 18:00 at Landmark Marina, Sharm El Sheikh. After check-in, gear setup, and a full safety briefing, enjoy a freshly prepared dinner and settle into your private cabin.
Days 2–3 – Check Dive & Tiran Reefs
Begin the trip with a check dive at Ras Katy or Temple—calm, sheltered sites ideal for equipment adjustments and acclimatisation. The journey continues to the Straits of Tiran with dives at Jackson, Thomas, Woodhouse, or Gordon Reef, featuring dramatic walls, vibrant soft corals, schooling fish, and occasional reef sharks.
Day 4 – Ras Mohammed National Parkv
Dive into Ras Mohammed National Park, a protected marine reserve famed for its exceptional biodiversity. Sites such as Jackfish Alley, Ras Ghozlani, Shark & Yolanda Reef, and Anemone City offer stunning coral formations, turtles, schooling snapper and jackfish, with potential pelagic encounters.
Days 5–6 – SS Thistlegorm & Sha’ab Ali
Explore the legendary SS Thistlegorm, one of the world’s most iconic wreck dives. Resting at 30 metres, the wreck contains remarkably preserved WWII cargo, including motorbikes, trucks, and locomotives. Evening dives at Sha’ab Ali reveal vibrant nocturnal marine life such as lionfish and nudibranchs, with opportunities for dolphin encounters and snorkelling.
Day 7 – Ras Mohammed
Enjoy a final day of diving in Ras Mohammed or explore alternative sites such as Jackfish Alley or the local Alternatives. Expect colourful drop-offs, pristine coral plateaus, and sightings of large Napoleon wrasse. Overnight at local sites.
Day 8 – Disembarkation
After breakfast, guests disembark at Landmark Marina, marking the end of the journey.
