Raja Ampat, located off the northwest tip of West Papua, Indonesia, is a paradise of lush islands and vibrant coral reefs, home to some of the world’s richest marine biodiversity. Known as the “Four Kings,” its main islands—Waigeo, Batanta, Salawati, and Misool—offer exceptional diving opportunities.

Gaia Love itineraries showcase the best of Raja Ampat, from Misool’s soft corals and mantas to Dampier Strait’s dense fish life at Cape Kri and Blue Magic. Macro enthusiasts will love Batanta’s critter-filled muck sites and Arborek’s famous jetty dive. Ambon, located in the heart of the Indonesian archipelago, is a hidden gem for divers seeking unique underwater experiences. The area is known for its diverse dive sites, ranging from vibrant coral gardens to fascinating muck dives. Ambon’s rich marine life includes rare critters like the flamboyant cuttlefish, seahorses, and the elusive pygmy seahorse, making it a top destination for macro photography enthusiasts. The waters around Ambon are also home to larger marine species, such as reef sharks, barracudas, and schools of fish. With its mix of vibrant reefs and muck diving opportunities, Ambon offers divers a chance to explore some of the most intriguing and biodiverse underwater environments in the region.

Day 1: Embarkation – Sorong
Guests board in Sorong and enjoy a check dive in the afternoon.

Days 2–11: Diving & Exploration
Each day includes up to four dives, with night dives when possible. A typical day involves a light breakfast, morning and second dives, lunch, and one or two more dives. On crossing days, two dives are planned. Activities like snorkeling, hiking, and local village tours are also offered.

Day 12: Disembarkation
Guests check out and transfer to the airport or hotel.

Your reservation request is obligation free and you can cancel anytime within the first 72 hours. During this time, you can easily find matching flights and get answers from our reservations team to any further questions you may have.

After you have confirmed and paid for your reservation, the following cancellation policy applies:

If a cancellation is made 181 days or more before the trip start date, 15% of the trip cost will be imposed as cancellation charges.
If a cancellation is made between 180-91 days before the departure date, 30% of the trip cost will be imposed as cancellation charges.
No refund for cancellation made in less than 90 days prior to departure date.
