Route Description - Ultimate Easter Raja Ampat
Embark in Sorong and dive Raja Ampat’s most thrilling sites. Encounter mantas at Blue Magic and Magic Mountain, drift among sharks and barracuda at Cape Kri and Boo Windows, and explore Piaynemo’s dramatic lagoons. From Dampier Strait to Misool, each day delivers action-packed dives, vibrant coral gardens, and unforgettable underwater encounters.
Day 1 - Sorong – Saonek
Embark in Sorong and meet the crew. After a check dive at Saonek and Saonek Jetty, home to frogfish, cuttlefish, and the rare walking shark. Enjoy a welcome dinner and sunset on deck.
Day 2 - Dampier Strait
Dive Chicken Reef, buzzing with fusiliers and reef sharks, and Lao Lao with its soft corals and turtles. Afternoon dives at Mioskon and Batu Lima showcase schools of glassfish, trevallies, and vibrant bommies.
Day 3 - Blue Magic & Cape Kri
Morning dives at Blue Magic (barracuda, trevallies, mantas) and Cape Kri, the record-holder for fish species in a single dive. Afternoon at Sawandarek with coral gardens and turtles. Optional night dive reveals ghost pipefish and squid.
Day 4 - Dampier & West Waigeo
Encounter mantas at Manta Sandy, schools of fish at Mayhem, and colorful coral slopes at Citrus Ridge. Evening anchorage in Gam Bay with an optional night dive for critters and walking sharks.
Day 5 - Mutus & Piaynemo
Dives at Yefnabi, Yeben, and Batu Rufus bring sharks, barracuda, and dramatic limestone scenery. Afternoon hike to Piaynemo’s viewpoint for iconic lagoon views. Night dive at Galaxy Jetty teems with nocturnal critters.
Day 6 - Piaynemo – Misool Crossing
Morning dives at My Reef and Melissa’s Garden with hard coral fields and anthias. One last dive in Piaynemo before the overnight southward crossing to Misool. Relax on deck during the cruise.
Day 7 - Wayil, Misool
Snorkel Jellyfish Lake, dive Anchovies with bait balls and predators, then explore Nudi Rock or Tank Rock’s dramatic drop-offs. Afternoon dive at Wedding Cake. Optional night dive reveals decorator crabs and cuttlefish.
Day 8 - Fiabacet Region, Misool
Kaleidoskop offers colorful soft corals, Four Kings showcases barracuda and sharks, and Neptune Sea Fan hides pygmy seahorses. A calm lagoon dive ends the day. Dinner under the stars in a tranquil bay.
Day 9 - Warakaraket, Misool
Magic Mountain delivers manta encounters and reef sharks, followed by Eagle Nest with schooling barracuda. Afternoon at Boo Windows for iconic swim-throughs. Optional night dive at Romeo or Juliet.
Day 10 - More of Warakaraket
Morning dives at Nudi Rock or Tank Rock, action-packed pinnacles with strong currents and marine life. Boo East provides coral gardens and sea fans. Optional night dive for macro enthusiasts.
Day 11 - Wagmab – Return to Sorong
Final dives at Warna Berwarna and Andiamo, alive with reef fish and pelagics like trevallies and tuna. A relaxed last dive closes the trip. Farewell dinner onboard during the overnight cruise to Sorong.
Day 12 - Sorong
After breakfast, disembark in Sorong. Transfers to the airport or hotels are arranged. Guests depart with memories of manta rays, coral gardens, and Raja Ampat’s breathtaking seascapes.
