Your reservation request is obligation free and you can cancel anytime within the first 72 hours. During this time, you can easily find matching flights and get answers from our reservations team to any further questions you may have.
After you have confirmed and paid for your reservation, the following cancellation policy applies:
There is no penalty for cancellations made 9 months or more prior to the scheduled trip date
25% of the total rate will be forfeited for cancellations made 91 days to 9 months before the scheduled trip date
50% of the total rate will be forfeited for cancellations made 61 to 90 days before the scheduled trip dateNo refunds for cancellations made 60 days prior or less to the scheduled trip date
Please note: Marine park fees, surcharges etc can change and we cannot be held liable for differences in on-board surcharges.
