Route Description - Best of Palau 
                            Palau offers some of the world’s best diving, and a 10-night liveaboard is the ideal way to explore it. Highlights include Blue Corner with its shark-filled currents, German Channel for manta rays, and Ulong Channel with stunning coral. Don’t miss Chandelier Cave’s air-filled chambers or Jellyfish Lake, where you can swim among harmless jellyfish. A liveaboard lets you experience it all in one unforgettable trip.
	
                            The following is a description of some of the dive sites guests may visit during their liveaboard safari on board M/Y Black Pearl. 
 
Day 1 – Embarkation 
•Pickup at hotel (approx. 3:00 PM) 
•Welcome drink, boat briefing, safety orientation after dinner 
•No diving on the first day 
 
Day 2–3 – Ulong Region 
Dive Sites: 
•Ulong Channel – World-class drift dive with sharks, groupers, and lettuce coral 
•Siaes Corner & Siaes Tunnel – Shark hotspots, turtles, dramatic reef wall, and cavern 
•Shark City – Home to grey reef and hammerhead sharks 
•Sandy Bar – Gentle coral garden with macro life and reef fish 
 
Day 4 – German Channel 
•German Channel – Historic site with manta ray cleaning station, eagle rays, and reef fish 
 
Day 5–6 – Ngemelis Island 
Dive Sites: 
•Blue Corner – Palau’s most famous dive; big pelagics, sharks, and vibrant reef life 
•Blue Holes – Sunlit cavern dive great for photography 
•New Drop Off – Similar to Blue Corner with sharks, snappers, and barracudas 
•Big Drop Off – 300m deep wall with WWII artifacts and colorful coral life 
 
Day 7–8 – Peleliu (Optional for 10-night itinerary) 
Dive Sites: 
•Peleliu Wall, Cut, Express, West Wall – Walls and currents with pelagics and pristine coral 
•Orange Beach – WWII artifacts like tanks and planes with eagle rays and turtles 
 
Day 9–10 – Wrecks & Unique Sites (Optional for 10-night itinerary) 
Dive Sites: 
•Iro Wreck – WWII Japanese tanker with intact structure and marine life 
•Jake’s Seaplane – Shallow wreck perfect for all levels 
•Chuyo Maru – Advanced wreck with lionfish 
•Short Drop Off – Accessible wall with turtles, nautilus, and reef fish 
•Chandelier Cave – Multi-chamber cave dive with air pockets (torch required) 
 
Snorkeling: 
•Jellyfish Lake – Swim among harmless golden jellyfish in a unique marine lake 
 
Day 11 – Departure 
•Breakfast on board (6:30–7:00 AM) 
•Disembark around 8:00 AM for transfer to hotel or airport
